Bollinger New York's exclusive Fire and Liability Insurance Program (FLIP) is administered by the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board (UHAB) for the benefit of its members.  UHAB and Bollinger New York are dedicated to negotiating for and obtaining the most competitive fire and liability insurance rates for Housing Development Fund Corporation(HDFC's) limited equity co-op apartment building.  This successful 22 year program, currently insures over 530 buildings.

The Fire & Liability package is currently underwritten by an A-VIII Best Key rated carrier and some of its coverage include:
