is underwritten by Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company, who has an A.M.
Best Rating of A+. Bollinger Inc. handles all plan administration
including underwriting, policy issuance, eligibility, billing, payment of
broker commissions, and claim adjudication. We offer a wide choice of
benefit options, with no restrictions on which dentists may be used. We
pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to brokers and their
clients. Quote requests are usually turned around within 24 hours and we
pay all claims on a "same day" basis, which we believe to be the
fastest claims service in the industry. We encourage you to give us a try

Prescription Drug Card Plan
We offer an exclusive program of Prescription Drug insurance
to the broker community for New Jersey and Pennsylvania
groups on a stand alone basis. The program is underwritten by Peoples
Benefit Life Insurance Company, who has an A+ Best rating. We use the PCS
network of pharmacies which is the largest network of pharmacies with over
99% of all pharmacies nationwide participating. Bollinger Inc. handles all
plan administration including underwriting, policy issuance, eligibility
and billing, paying broker commissions, and payment of claims through the
PCS network. We offer a wide choice of benefit structures and plan
options. Also, we usually turn quote requests around in 24 hours. We
