  • May 2006:  Bollinger Academy graduates its first class of trainees.  Following an eight month intensive training program that included three internships, all eight graduates received and accepted job offers with Bollinger.

  • The July 21, 2003 issue of Business Insurance ranked Bollinger, Inc. as the nation's 34th largest insurance broker with 2002 reported revenues of $61,616,314 (a 14.9% increase over 2001revenues). Based on this year's survey, Bollinger is the 4th largest insurance broker headquartered in NJ, ranking behind Commerce Insurance Services (28th), NIA (29th) and Fleet Insurance Services (33rd). When ranked with privately held insurance brokers nationwide, Bollinger placed 12th.
  • Nixon-Gallagher, located in New York, NY merges with Bollinger (01/03).
  • Business Insurance recognizes Bollinger as one of its "Leaders in Productivity".  Bollinger's 12th place ranking of the most productive agents and brokers in the country, is based on 2001 brokerage revenues per employee.
  • The American Kennel Club (AKC) proudly acknowledges Bollinger's kind and generous contribution to DOGNYSM  The New York Times/Sept. 10/ -- DOGNYSM serves as a living memorial to the thousands of precious lives that were lost in the attacks on our country on September 11, 2001.  It is made possible through the support of corporations, organizations and individuals who, collectively, have donated more than $2 million to date.  These monies will help provide canine search and rescue organizations with the resources needed for dealing with a wide variety of emergencies and disasters.
  • Bollinger is named one of New Jersey's Finest Companies

  • Bollinger commits $25,000 to sponsor NJSIAA Tournaments
    9/03/02 --The NJ State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) has announced that Bollinger, Inc. will be the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 Corporate Sponsor for the NJSIAA Boys and Girls Fencing Championships and NJSIAA Boys and Girls Bowling Championships.  For many years, Bollinger has provided outstanding support to the NJSIAA, helping to make a positive difference for its 420 member schools and in particular, its 220,000 student-athletes. 
  • The July 22, 2002 issue of Business Insurance ranked Bollinger, Inc. as the nation's 32nd largest insurance broker with 2001 reported revenues of $53,638,365.  Last year, Bollinger ranked 36th.  Based on this year's survey, Bollinger is the 4th largest insurance broker headquartered in NJ, ranking behind NIA (29th), Commerce National Bank(30th) and Fleet Insurance Services (31st).  When ranked with privately held insurance brokers nationwide, Bollinger placed 12th.

  • John A.Windolf, Chairman & CEO received the 2002 New Jersey Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award for Business Services. The awards banquet was held on June 18, 2002 at the Glenpointe Hotel, Teaneck, NJ. The nine New Jersey winners will now participate in Ernst & Young's national Entrepreneur of the Year competition.  This event has become the leading national program to honor outstanding founders or leaders of fast-growing companies.
  • The May 2002 Issue of The Automated Agency Report ranks Bollinger #1 in their annual automation survey.  For the third consecutive year, Bollinger has been awarded the top spot. (5/16/02)
  • Three Bollinger scholarships were awarded at the N.J. State Interscholastic Athletic Association Scholar Athlete Luncheon, held on April 28, 2002.  The recipients were:  Kate Barbetto, Buena Regional H.S. ($1,000); Erica Marino, Pinelands Regional H.S. ($500); and Anthony Falcone, Clayton H.S. ($500).

Despite heavy consolidation in the industry, Bollinger was successful in holding on to the 36th place ranking it received in 1999.  It is the 3rd largest insurance broker headquartered in NJ, ranking behind NIA (22nd) and Commerce National (24th).
