Medical Payments to Others
Will pay for medical treatment of non-household members if
they have been accidentally injured by you or your family.
This coverage does not apply to injuries occurring in motor
vehicles or aircraft.

Personal
Property Replacement Cost Coverage
This optional coverage allows you to fully replace your
lost or damaged possessions, up to the limits requested, even
if the cost exceeds the original purchase price.
Scheduled Personal Property
You can purchase additional coverage for valuable items
such as jewelry, furs, silverware collections, fine arts and
other collectibles.
Additions & Alterations
Most policies provide a standard limit of $1,000 for such
items as appliances, fixtures and alterations. The limit
can be increased at a very reasonable cost. The amount
of coverage you need varies by individual and by association.
Loss Assessment
This coverage provides protection in the event you are
assessed by the association for a covered peril. The
basic limit is $1,000 and can be increased.
Condominium insurance is
surprisingly inexpensive. Of course, like all property
protection policies, the value of the property to be insured
and other risk factors are weighed by the insurance company to
determine your premium.
It is important to note that
the standard policy excludes damage from earthquakes and
floods, so give us a call to discuss coverage for these
