Bollinger is proud to introduce a new homeowner’s program to compliment our Country Club Program. This program offered exclusively to our brokers provides comprehensive coverage designed to meet the unique needs of golf community home and condominium owners.

The clubs that participate in our program place top priority on quality insurance protection and now we can offer them the same quality insurance protection for their association members.

We have the ability to write coastal property, secondary residences, builder’s risk, excess personal liability, excess flood insurance and personal articles floater. We have the power of financial strength as our companies carry and “excellent” or better rating from A.M. Best.

Some Coverage Highlights

• ISO HO3 policy forms, as well as customized coverage forms
• Primary, Secondary/Seasonal and Rental coverages available
• Wind coverage or wind exclusion credits available
• Wind deductible buyback coverage available
• Earthquake coverage or earthquake exclusion credits available
• Replacement cost and “All Risk” coverage on contents
• Golf cart coverage (physical damage and liability) available
• Optional scheduled personal property, excess flood, personal umbrella/excess liability coverages available on a package basis with discounts

Note: No coverage will be bound without completed and signed applications and 25% deposit. Home inspections (ordered by Bollinger) must be completed within 30 days or coverage will be terminated. Brokers are responsible for excess and surplus lines filings and taxes.
