Complete Underwriting and Administrative Services
Because Bollinger has exclusive arrangements with our insurance companies as the Program Manager for many of our Sports Insurance products, we are able to offer a broader range of services to our insureds. This translates into better, more efficient service to you and it means that we are able to individually underwrite and quote the coverages that your organization specifically needs. You are not just getting a "canned" program from Bollinger.  We will personally tailor a plan of insurance that suits your needs.

Further, because we are Program Managers, all policies under our Sports Insurance Program are issued directly from our office. Also, binders, certificates and endorsements are issued by our service representatives directly to you. We pride ourselves in the timely production and delivery of these policies and forms. In fact, we guarantee that certificates will be mailed or faxed to you within 24 hours of your request (or sooner, if you need it!).  

Accident Claims Service
Bollinger administers, adjusts and pays all accident claims under this program directly from our Short Hills, NJ offices. You will have direct access to the Sports Claims Representatives, who will personally and professionally handle your claim. This is different from most Sports Insurance Programs, where the insurance company handles the claim, leaving the insured to navigate through the bureaucracy and red tape of large insurance company claims organizations.

Liability Claims Service
From our longtime experience in the field of Amateur Sports, we take many steps to ensure that your liability claim is properly handled. The first report of your claim will be taken by Bollinger. We analyze the claim and make recommendations to the insurance company with regard to the available legal defenses and precedents that may be used to defend your claim. Bollinger then monitors the claim until its resolution, keeping you informed throughout the process.
