Exclusive college student health insurance program - The program is currently available in 44 states, and the District of Columbia.  Our program is underwritten by Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company and Monumental Life Insurance Company. Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company and Monumental Life Insurance Company are part of the Aegon Group of companies, and are rated "A+" for financial strength by A.M. Best & Co. Bollinger Inc. handles all administration of the program including underwriting and quoting, policy issuance, eligibility and billing, as well as paying claims.
