College Health Insurance

We offer an exclusive program for college health insurance for college students. The program is currently available in 44 states, and the District of Columbia.  Our program is underwritten by Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company and Monumental Life Insurance Company. Peoples Benefit Life Insurance Company and Monumental Life Insurance Company are part of the Aegon Group of companies, and are rated "A+" for financial strength by A.M. Best & Co. Bollinger Inc. handles all administration of the program including underwriting and quoting, policy issuance, eligibility and billing, as well as paying claims. There are currently over 170 colleges and universities covered by our college health insurance program. Our program offers a wide choice of plans and plan options. Some of the highlights of our program are as follows:

• Maximum benefits ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 are available
• Intercollegiate Sports programs available
• Benefit Structure can be tailored to each college’s needs
• Voluntary, compulsory, and various waiver enrollment methods offered
• PPO networks available on a non-mandatory basis
• Toll free 800 phone number available for use by all college administrators, students, parents, and claimants
• Separate websites set up for each college's student health plan to answer questions and facilitate plan communication
