The primary functions of this position are to: produce new business revenues from the sale of group benefits and related services to small businesses, as well as individual life and health insurance; maintain relationships, retain business and identify opportunities for additional sales with existing clients. Bollinger Inc., is seeking a Producer for its Personal Lines Insurance Division in the Short Hills location. This individual will be responsible for adding new business by pursuing house leads, referrals, and developing centers of influence and other leads. In addition, they will evaluate the insurance needs of prospective and existing clients; secure the most comprehensive and cost efficient coverage available; work with agents and other employees in the placement of new business; keep abreast of insurance market.
