This individual will provide service on an assigned group of accounts at the direction of producers and account managers, and interact with clients, companies, claims and accounting departments. In addition, this individual will handle re-marketing of renewals, prepare finance agreements, review and maintain expiration lists and activities, maintain and update client files, negotiate pricing and coverages with companies as needed. The portfolio of accounts will focus on renewal and new business writings. Specifically, this individual will achieve both renewal account retention targets and new business goals and objectives. Additionally, they will establish and enhance underwriting and marketing relationships with sub-agents and provide leadership and training to the underwriting team.
