Instructions for Online Ordering
1) Select insurance plan(s) you wish to purchase.
2) Click on "CHECKOUT" and you will be connected to our secure sever.
3) When prompted be sure to enter accurately all your league or team
names so we can issue your certificates properly.
4) You may only enter up to 40 teams per total order. Additional team can
be insured in a separate on-line transaction, or you can call us toll free
at 1-800-526-1379 to place the entire order
5) In order to print your certificates when your transaction is complete,
you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. You can download Adobe
Acrobat Reader by clicking here. Otherwise, you have the option to have
your certificates sent to you by FAX (allow up to 2 business days) or by
regular mail (allow up to 2 business weeks).
